The Holy Spirit is God within us. How do we recognize and follow His promptings, allowing His will to form and transform us?


Adalia believes each moment of life is a gift that should be opened slowly and enjoyed to the fullest. She is a wife, a mother of three, a mother-in-law, and a friend to many. She has been a catechist for 23 years, serving in several parishes, and sharing her love for the Lord. She takes this passion into her professional life, as well, as a Human Resources Manager where she serves a dynamic workforce of 200.


Adalia and her husband Joe will be celebrating in May their 45th wedding anniversary. God has blessed them with three children, now adults, Joseph, Dominic, and Tabitha. She has been a catechist for 23 years, in several parishes. She currently serves as the catechist for the parents of the children and youth preparing to receive their sacraments at our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Her hobbies are reading, writing, traveling, and simply enjoying life, and sharing her faith along the

Deacon Reyna has served in the Diocese of Brownsville since 1985 serving at Sacred Heart, McAllen, Tx, Our Lady of Holy Rosary, Mission ,Tx, and St John the Baptist, San Juan, Tx. He has worked as a 6th grade math teacher for the past 53 years in the McAllen Independent School District. Presently working at Brown Middle School.
